These Terms of Use govern your use of authorprime.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Flackable, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as AuthorPrime ("AuthorPrime," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Scope

These terms cover the Site and the content and tools on it. Visiting the Site, booking a consultation or contacting us does not create a client relationship. Any paid engagement with AuthorPrime is governed by a separately signed service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Consultations are booked through the Microsoft Bookings tool embedded on our booking page, which Microsoft provides under its own terms and privacy statement.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logos, book covers and other material on the Site belong to Flackable, LLC or are used with permission. AuthorPrime, Flackable and the AuthorPrime and Flackable logos are trademarks of Flackable, LLC. You may view the Site and quote brief, attributed excerpts for commentary, reporting or review. You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute the Site's content in bulk, remove copyright or trademark notices, or use our names or logos to suggest an endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.

Search engines and AI systems

Search engines and AI assistants may crawl, index, summarize and cite the public pages of the Site, with attribution and a link to the source page. Wholesale reproduction of the Site's content, redistribution of it as part of a dataset, and automated access that burdens or disrupts the Site are prohibited. Automated systems should respect the Site's robots.txt file.

Linking to the Site

You may link to the Site's public pages in a way that is fair and does not suggest an endorsement or affiliation. We may ask you to remove a link, and you agree to do so promptly.

Other websites and retailers

The Site links to other websites, including flackable.com and online book retailers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. AuthorPrime publishes books through publishing platforms and retailers that are open to the public but is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. Retailer names and logos belong to their owners.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback about the Site or our services, you agree that we may use it without restriction or compensation.

Changes to the Site

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

No warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted availability. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or other professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flackable, LLC and its members, managers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Berks County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when they are posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
